Job Summary:
The Training Executive is responsible for working with the team for planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of target training group. This role involves identifying training needs, developing training materials, conducting or organizing training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses tailored to the needs of the organization.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques, including classroom training, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
- Needs Assessment: Work with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop strategies to address skill gaps.
- Training Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes to track progress and ensure compliance with training requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external trainers, and subject matter experts to ensure the content is accurate and relevant.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development to keep training programs current and effective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or Business Administration which are related to Education and Skills development.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in training, learning, and development, or a related role.
- Certification in Training and Development is an added advantage.
Skills:
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Good organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative and adaptable with a passion for continuous learning and development.
Others:
- Willing to travel and work on weekends for events.
