• Manage and maintain 5S activities within the store department.
• Ensure all delivery goods are properly packed and labelled before shipment.
• Assist in inventory stock counting and stock verification activities.
• Perform stock transactions and inventory control updates accurately.
• Pack and arrange non-conforming parts for return to subcontractors or suppliers.
• Coordinate the movement of semi-finished goods, accessories, finished goods, tooling, and materials to relevant departments.
• Issue tools and equipment to employees and maintain issuance and return records.
• Maintain inventory records and prepare periodic stock reports.
• Receive, inspect, unpack, and store incoming tools, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when required.
• Inspect tools and equipment for damage or wear and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper stock organization to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, identification, and dispatch.
• Update stock records in the CANVUS App for finished goods and tooling.
• Assist the Sales Department in processing customer orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain and file documents in accordance with ISO requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
