Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Drive CMP process performance (yield, defect, stability) and ensure robust control strategy
- Lead NPI and technology transfer execution with on-time delivery and risk mitigation
- Partner cross-functionally (PI, Equipment, Yield, MFG) to resolve integration issues
- Champion quality mindset, SOP compliance, and excursion prevention
- Develop team capability and build strong technical bench strength
- Ownership & Accountability – Takes full ownership of module performance and drives results under high-pressure timelines
- Technical Leadership – Acts as SME to guide team on complex process challenges and decision making
- People Development – Coaches engineers, builds talent pipeline, and fosters a high-performance team culture
- Cross-functional Influence – Aligns stakeholders across modules and drives decisions for program success
- Execution Excellence – Translates strategy into clear actions, delivers with discipline and urgency
- ≥10 years CMP experience with demonstrated leadership
- Strong background in process control, yield improvement, and NPI
- Proven track record in driving cross-functional programs
