MGB Berhad Hiring! Internship - Planner - Planning Engineer in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 1,000 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, schedule, and oversee site activities, ensuring the work program is regularly updated to reflect current progress.
• Update work progress schedules and compare them with the Master Schedule as needed, particularly for report submissions to the Client as requested by the Project Manager.
• Develop method statements and collaborate with the project team and consultants to ensure proper planning and sequencing that align with project objectives.
• Analyze project timelines, identify delays or critical path activities, propose mitigation measures, and resolve inconsistencies in drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and prepare comprehensive monthly reports in line with the schedule.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and that all work is executed according to the approved project timeline.
• Attend tender interviews when required.
• Coordinate planning-related tasks for tender submissions across departments.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including the Work Programme, outline Method Statement, manpower and machinery histograms, CVs, and other relevant materials.
• Support the maintenance of quality documentation on-site in accordance with specified requirements and standards.
• Assist in supervising and inspecting site operations and perform additional tasks as assigned by the Superior.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin an additional advantage
• Applicants must be willing to work in HQ and Site

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
