About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior HR & Operations Executive to support our day-to-day HR and operational functions. This role is ideal for someone who is keen to build a strong foundation in HR, while also being open to supporting broader operations in a fast-paced agency environment.


You will work closely with the Operations & Management team, primarily supporting HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration, while also stepping in to assist with operational and administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth running of the company.


This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take on whatever needs to be done.


Key Responsibilities

HR Support (Primary Focus)

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Managing multiple priorities, such as onboarding/offboarding and policy implementation, while identifying and resolving workflow bottlenecks
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related documents (e.g. letters, contracts, etc.).
  • Track and manage employee attendance, leave, and other HR records.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and HR projects.
  • Assist in handling employee queries and day-to-day HR administrative matters.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.
  • Take on ad hoc tasks and provide support across HR as and when required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.


Operations & Administrative Support (Secondary Focus)

  • Provide general administrative support across operations, finance, and other back-end functions as needed.
  • Assist with office management tasks (supplies, logistics, coordination, upkeep, and vendor follow-ups).
  • Support meeting coordination, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of meeting minutes when required.
  • Assist in pitch submissions – compile, format, and organise required files, proposals, and supporting documents for client or project pitches.
  • Liaise with the company secretary as needed on statutory filings, corporate resolutions, and compliance matters.
  • Assist in managing company assets (e.g., laptops, equipment, peripherals) – maintain an asset log, track assignments to staff, and coordinate repairs/replacements
  • Manage documentation, filing (physical and digital), and process organisation to ensure smooth operations and audit readiness.
  • Support ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by the team or management.


Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience in HR, administration, or operations (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Familiarity with HR processes, HRIS systems, as well as Malaysian & Singaporean employment regulations is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees, candidates, and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Approachable, empathetic, and able to build positive working relationships.
  • Able to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly, with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in handling sensitive employee and company information.
  • Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with different internal stakeholders under tight timelines.
  • Responsive to feedback and adaptable to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in G- suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • A personality that rocks hard (but serious at work)
