About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant HR Manager (Talent & Transformation) to support the organization's talent strategy, employee experience, and transformation agenda. This role will lead recruitment, talent management, employer branding, employee engagement, and change initiatives while partnering closely with business leaders to build a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across various functions and levels.
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring strategies.
- Build talent pipelines and deliver a positive candidate experience.
Talent Management & Development
- Support performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and retention programs.
Employer Branding
- Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Manage recruitment marketing, university partnerships, and talent engagement activities.
- Support initiatives that strengthen employee experience and company culture.
Transformation & Change Management
- Support organizational transformation, restructuring, and change initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to drive adoption of new ways of working.
- Coordinate communication and engagement activities during periods of change.
HR Business Partnering
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and people-related matters.
- Support HR policy implementation and compliance with employment legislation.
- Provide workforce insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment and talent management.
- Experience in employer branding, employee engagement, and learning & development.
- Exposure to organizational transformation or change management initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
