1. Material & Logistics Management

• Receive and verify deliveries of precast components, cement, steel, and other materials.
• Maintain proper storage areas on-site, ensuring safety and accessibility.
• Stock control & reporting – track usage, prepare daily/weekly reports, and alert management when supplies run low.
• Coordinate transport & lifting of precast elements (panels, beams, slabs) with crane operators and subcontractors.

2.Site Coordination

• Plan material flow so precast units arrive just-in-time to avoid congestion.
• Assign unloading zones and ensure safe handling of heavy precast elements.
• Work closely with subcontractors to distribute materials according to work schedules.
• Monitor site accessibility – keeping roads clear for trucks and ensuring tidy storage areas

3. Supervision & Compliance

• Assist construction supervisors in daily site supervision when required.
• Check machinery & equipment (cranes, forklifts, diesel/hydraulic levels) daily.
• Ensure safety compliance during lifting, transport, and installation of precast units.
• Attend site meetings and prepare documentation for management.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Delivery order (DO) acknowledgement – submit weekly to head office.
• Daily/monthly stock take reports for precast components and consumables.
• Incident reporting – highlight missing items or damaged precast units immediately.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–5 years in construction logistics or precast manufacturing.
• Skills: Strong coordination, record-keeping, and communication with subcontractors.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
