Job description:

• Supervision of staff to ensure that they carry out their duties efficiently and with responsibility.
• Troubleshoot problems on CNC Lathes/Mills and Screw Machines to determine root cause.
• Monitor and analyze abnormal parameters and breakdowns in machinery and equipment.
• Identify root causes of equipment issues and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
• Supervise the use of raw materail and consumable items.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
• Supervise cleanliness of the production floor, promoting a hazard-free environment and continuous monitoring of 5S practices.
• Providing technical support whenever necessary such as troubleshooting.
• Better understanding on ISO 14001 requirements.
• Better understanding in identifying hazardous waste and make proper disposal arrangement to the scheduled waste storage.
• To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
• Assist machine operators in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
• Prioritize repairs and schedule maintenance to be performed.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge and experience in production of CNC and NC processes preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experiencein CNC and NC screws machines.
• Strong positive work attitude, integrity, and sense of responsibility.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
