Responsibilities

Sales Support cum Operation Assistant

Location: 12A, Jalan 1/33B, Mwe Kepong Commercial Park, 52000, Kuala Lumpur.
Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,000 per month

Job description

Key Responsibilities (Admin Sales)

  • Assist in preparing and processing Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices accurately when required.
  • Support order monitoring and help ensure smooth coordination for delivery and fulfillment.
  • Assist in updating incoming payments and basic record keeping of accounts receivable.
  • Help follow up on outstanding invoices under guidance from senior staff.
  • Support coordination with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams for order processing.
  • Assist sales team in preparing quotations and other administrative tasks.
  • Handle filing and documentation of all sales-related records and ensure proper organisation.
  • Update customer database, pricing, and product information when required.
  • Assist in generating basic sales reports and tracking order/payment status.
  • Handle customer enquiries related to orders, delivery, and billing when needed.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management or supervisor.
  • Take over full coordination and documentation tasks only when the main person in charge is on leave

What we're looking for

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.
  • Experience in preparing Delivery Order (DO) and Invoice is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of payment tracking and accounts receivable is preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with customers and internal teams.
  • Able to multitask, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle urgent orders.
  • Immediate availability is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with using SQL accounting software, specifically for issuing invoices and delivery orders (DO).

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm
  • Saturday: 9.00am – 1.00pm
