Responsibilities:

• Liaise with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirement.
• Assist in documenting business needs and translating them into technical requirements for the IT team.
• Assist in developing test plans and test cases based on business requirements.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet the business requirements.
• Provide assistance after the implementation of new changes/project, helping to troubleshoot any issues.
• Provide support for system-related issues and assist in logging, tracking, and resolving support tickets.
• Help in creating and updating system documentation, such as system manual
• Participate in ongoing projects, such as new system, or new technology implementations.
• Perform and support other related duties under IT department’s operations.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent
• Internship positions for a duration of 3 - 6 months
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Willing to work in Damansara Intan, PJ

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
