• To liaise and coordinate with consultants and contractors on the project including handling project planning, budget & cost control, safety and quality system implementation
• Follow up with local authorities on approval for planning and building plans
• Able to check construction plans and perform building material estimations
• To assist in project implementation and monitor site work progress
• Prepare necessary reports as requested by Project Manager

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor and/or Building Management
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office and MS Project
• Possess good organisation and time management skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate teamwork/li>
• Flexible, able to travel and work long hours
