About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our regional recruitment team across multiple international markets. This is an excellent opportunity for students who are curious about recruitment, talent strategy, and how hiring practices differ across countries and industries.
You will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment coordination, stakeholder management, global hiring processes, and emerging AI-powered talent sourcing and market intelligence techniques.
Internship Duration:
- Full-time internship (minimum 3 months preferred), or
- Part-time internship (minimum 3 days per week, commitment until end-2026 preferred; minimum 6 months)
Job Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate interviews across multiple countries and time zones
- Manage candidate scheduling and interview logistics
- Support communication with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
- Maintain recruitment data and ensure accuracy within internal systems
- Assist with offer and onboarding coordination where required
Talent Acquisition Support
- Support recruiters on active hiring projects across different regions
- Assist in sourcing and screening activities for selected roles
- Help prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring updates
- Conduct candidate and talent market research
Market Mapping & AI Projects
- Support talent mapping and competitor intelligence projects across key markets
- Leverage AI tools to improve talent research, sourcing, and recruitment insights
- Analyse talent pools, hiring trends, and organisational structures within target industries
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recruitment innovation projects
Requirements
- Undergraduate student from any discipline
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or people-related functions
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with data and research
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
