Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Targets - Drive business development activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
Key Account & Partnership Management - Manage key accounts and develop long-term strategic partnerships with brands.
New Business Acquisition (FMCG & Health Sector) - Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with international brands, not limited to FMCG and health-related sectors.
Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, distributors, and clients.
Contract Negotiation - Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to secure mutually beneficial terms.
Sales Reporting & Analysis - Prepare sales reports and analyze performance to track progress and identify improvements.
Market Intelligence - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support business strategy.
Full Sales Cycle Management - Work independently to manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development / Key Account / Sales
Strong experience in e-commerce distribution, FMCG, or brand management
Proven track record of closing deals
Strong network with brands or distributors in Malaysia is an advantage
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
