- Manage the renewal of foreign worker permits and ensure all work passes remain valid.
- Coordinate and arrange FOMEMA medical examinations for foreign workers.
- Handle passport renewal arrangements with respective embassies.
- Liaise with Immigration Department, FOMEMA, and relevant authorities on foreign worker matters.
- Ensure all foreign worker documentation is properly maintained and updated.
- Process applications for new foreign worker quotas with relevant government agencies.
- Prepare and submit documentation related to visa, work permit applications, and renewals.
- Monitor compliance with Malaysian immigration and labour regulations.
- Keep track of permit expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Manage and supervise foreign worker accommodation/hostels to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate hostel maintenance and resolve accommodation-related issues.
- Support workers with administrative matters related to employment and documentation.
- Maintain proper records of foreign worker personal details, permits, and employment documents.
- Assist in onboarding processes for newly arrived foreign workers.
- Support HR department with other administrative tasks when required.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
