Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and process Purchase Orders (PO)
• Perform invoice matching and verification against Purchase Orders and supporting documents
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding Purchase Orders (PO)
• Process Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and Letters of Award (LOA)
• Check market value of vehicles for insurance renewal purposes
• Request quotations for scrap sales
• Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) and procurement/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba)
