- Handle daily accounting and finance operations.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Prepare invoices, payments, and financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation and data entry in AutoCount.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with monthly closing and audit preparation.
- Monitor customer payments and supplier transactions.
- Can do Full set Account.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in accounting.
- Experience using AutoCount Accounting System is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
- Fresh graduates with accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
