About the Role
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources department with documentation management and essential administrative functions. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations and provides exposure to various aspects of human resources management in a professional environment.
Primary Responsibilities
The intern will assist with maintaining and organizing employee documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and relevant regulations. Responsibilities include supporting the preparation of HR-related documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and policy updates. The role involves data entry and maintenance of our human resource information system (HRIS), helping to process onboarding and offboarding paperwork, and maintaining confidential employee files. Additionally, the intern will support the HR team with administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, coordinating interviews, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives.
