Full Time CNC Engineering Internship Jobs, in SCHOTT Prai - Ricebowl

We are looking for interns who are pursuing Engineering Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electronics, CNC who are preferably able to start immediately, with an internship duration of four (4) to six (6) months.

Internship Tasks

1. CAD/CAM Knowledge

• Assist in the conceptualization, design, and development of mechanical parts and assemblies using CAD software
• Support the programming and simulation of CNC machining processes using CAM software to ensure machining feasibility and efficiency

2. GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) Knowledge

• Prepare and interpret 2D engineering drawings with appropriate GD&T specifications in accordance with engineering and manufacturing standards

3. CNC Machining

• Assist in CNC machine setup and machining operations under the supervision of a CNC Engineer
• Observe and apply engineering knowledge in assessing critical machining parameters during machine setup and production runs
• Support troubleshooting and process improvement activities related to CNC machining operations while ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements
