We are looking for HR Admin to manages day-to-day human resources operations, maintaining employee records, employee queries and supporting recruitment and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Records & Data Management: Maintain digital and physical employee records, including personal files, contracts and attendance.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, including policies, benefits and leave.
- Payroll Support: Assist with payroll preparation and timesheet management & payroll calculation.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure company compliance with labor laws and prepare HR documents.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or any field related to HR.
- Preferred at least have one year experience in HR field.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information.
