Job Title: Endpoint Support Engineer
1. Key Responsibilities
Imaging client-provided laptops with the client’s operating system
Supporting initial and basic hardware troubleshooting of laptops
Coordinating with vendors for hardware repairs
Providing console access for switches, routers, and firewalls to the client
Collaborating with the client for configuration and troubleshooting of network issues
Maintaining the hub room, cabling, and rack according to client-agreed processes
Managing assets, inventory, and PAV
Demonstrating strong communication skills for effective client management
2. Job Requirements
Essential Skills:
Basic knowledge of laptop and operating system issue troubleshooting
Installation of software
Network troubleshooting
Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity troubleshooting on endpoints
Coordination with support teams
Basic understanding of network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls
Good communication skills in English and the local language
Nice to Have Skills:
Knowledge of routing and switching
Experience in asset management
