Job description:

• Welcoming and registering patients, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth intake process
• Assisting medical staff with various patient care tasks, such as taking vital signs, preparing examination rooms, and providing basic medical support
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation and data entry
• Ensuring the clinic's cleanliness, organisation, and proper stock levels of medical supplies and equipment
• Handling telephone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support as needed
• Promoting a welcoming and professional environment for both patients and colleagues

Requirement:

• Minimum diploma or certificate in nursing or a related healthcare field
• Previous experience as a Clinic Assistant or in a similar healthcare support role is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with patients
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to efficiently manage various responsibilities
• Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate medical records
• Ability to work well in a team and to follow instructions from medical professionals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
