Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience in Java EE (JSP/Servlets), database management skills with Oracle DB, and hands-on experience in modern web application development. Exposure to frontend frameworks and distributed system technologies will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications and enterprise systems

• Develop backend services using Java EE technologies such as JSP and Servlets

• Manage and optimize Oracle database structures, queries, and stored procedures

• Configure, deploy, and maintain applications on Tomcat servers

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, and business stakeholders

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support when required

• Participate in on-call support duties based on project requirements

• Improve system performance, scalability, and security

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in JSP and Servlet (Java J2EE) development

• Proven experience in web application design and development

• Strong knowledge of Oracle database development and management

• Experience in Tomcat server configuration and deployment

• Willingness to support on-call duties based on project requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular

• Familiarity with Redis or other distributed caching solutions

• Experience with Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming

• Knowledge of Elasticsearch (ELK Stack)

• Familiarity with Spring ecosystem including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security
