Process Engineer:

Responsibilities:

• Design & control PCBA process.

• Drive for product's yield and quality improvement activities.

• Monitor production activities, propose recommendations on material, process and/or labor reductions to promote efficiency of operation.

• Coordinate for new lines set up and process change.

• Responsible for machine utilization and downtime improvement effort.

• Process improvement & line balancing for new and existing products.

• Develop processes work instructions, procedures and process control plans for products.

• Key person for product prototype run and drive for improvement before mass production build.

• Maintain & troubleshoot any technical problem in production line.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma /Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Familiar with PCBA process - SMT, Manual Insert, Wave Soldering, Auto Insert & Box Build process.

• Familiar with COB, BGA, CSP, Flip Chip, PoP, 0603/01005 assembly, corresponding rework & underfill process will be an added advantage).

• Line Set up, NPI Process and Product transfer knowledge will be an added advantage.

• Computer literature.

• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Quality Engineer:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the quality assurance of the whole product life cycle.

• To identify failures and implement corrective actions and follow-up.

• Oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables.

• Responsible for the on-site audit of customers, audit checklist and follow up the closure of non conformities.

• Drive quality issues resolution through the 8D process, traceability/commonality analysis.

• Responsible for the review and backtracking of customer complaints.

• Develop quality procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of quality issues complaints.

• Plan and perform reliability test.

• Plan and develop test methodology of reliability testing of the product.

• Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development.

• Provide training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical and Electronic, Mechanical, Quality, Reliability or equivalent).

• At least 3 years experience in electronics manufacturing experience in PCB assembly or SMT related industry.

• Experience in Electronics/SMT/PCBA industry highly preferred.

• 8D methodology knowledge and experience highly preferred.

• Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills.

• Possess teamwork and strong interpersonal skill.

• Aggressive and possess the drive to achieve company goals within the stipulated timeline.

• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Test Engineer:

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases based on product requirements and design documents.

• Reviewing test data for conformance to standards or specifications to ensure proper operation of components, supporting production technical related issue and lot disposition.

• Monitor and analyze test/product/yield performance, execute implementation schedules and product data management and report of test results to management or engineering teams.

• Able to operate electrical test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters to measure voltage, current, resistance, and other parameters.

• Execute engineering activities during new product introduction including product test flow simplification and test program readiness before ramping to volume manufacturing.

• Provide value-add engineering solutions to meet cycle time improvement, cost reduction and quality performance goals.

• Drive continuous improvement projects in Test processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

• Work closely with Test planning/manufacturing/engineering teams to ensure the smooth execution of Test manufacturing operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional Central/Site teams to overcome Test operation issues and challenges.

• Support Quality team in sustaining and achieving quality excellent and customer quality expectation.

• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/ computer science) or equivalent.

• At least 2+ year of relevant work experience.

• Good command of writing and speaking in English, Mandarin.

• Fresh graduates with relevant study are welcome.

• Able to be part of a cross-functional team in problem solving and resolution of operations issues effectively.

• Strong oral and written communication skills Skilled writing and execution on Tester Validation Report Must be independent and self-motivated.

• Good knowledge in In-Circuit-Tester and Flying Probe are much preferred. Knowledgeable on RF testing / RF equipment and networking products will be an added advantage.

• Understanding of SQL and experience with databases.

Facility Engineer :

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of company buildings, general equipment, and infrastructure including daily operation and maintenance of building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and utilities

• Ensure all facilities are safe, efficient to comply with all relevant legal requirements and support the operations via development, implementation, and monitoring of maintenance programs: conduct troubleshooting/ diagnose/ resolve technical issues to minimize downtime

• Provide technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, civil and environmental systems in order to support sustainability programs and cost effectiveness

• Involve in planning, design and management of facility improvement projects including renovation, expansion, system upgrades: preparation of budgets, costs and progress reports, besides coordinating with contractors, vendors and consultants to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects

• Have close interdepartmental communication to support operational needs including all activities related to facilities in compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, while maintaining all related documentation and records for audits, inspections and certifications

• Conduct relevant technical training for subordinates and others to ensure smooth operations of facility or related projects

• Assist management in carrying out CSR Projects

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/ Diploma /Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
