About the role

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Customer Service Admin to join SNF Cake Ingredients Sdn Bhd in Alor Setar, Kedah. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting daily retail operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be well organised, and be able to provide efficient customer service through phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in interactions.

What you'll be doing

1. Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in retail customers.

2. Respond to customer questions regarding products, pricing, stock availability, and order status.

3. Process customer orders accurately and arrange delivery or self-collection.

4. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time.

5. Maintain accurate customer order records and documentation.

6. Assist customers with after-sales inquiries, feedback, and complaints.

7. Provide administrative support related to customer service and order processing.

8. Support daily retail store operations, including assisting walk-in customers when necessary.

9. Contribute ideas to improve customer service efficiency and workflow.

What we're looking for

1. At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or retail-related roles.

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers professionally and politely.

3. Strong organisation and time management skills, with attention to detail.

4. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar office software.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. A positive attitude and a strong willingness to provide excellent customer service.

7. Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage.
