Responsibilities
Job Overview :
The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the accounting department by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Job Responsibilites:
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, including filing and data entry for Payments and Receipts
• Assist in Reconciling bank accounts
• Assist with month-end closing by preparing journal entries
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documents
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Associate's degree/diploma in accounting or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Basic bookkeeping skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with accounting software is a plus
