WMS Industrial Gas & Equipment Hiring! Full Time SALES EXECUTIVE - TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVE in Johor - Ricebowl

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Establish and manage good working relations with customers
   负责开发新客户及维护现有客户关系，提升客户满意度及业务增长。

2. Conduct prospecting, tendering, sales presentations and proposal submissions.
   执行市场开拓、客户拜访、招标、产品演示及报价提案工作

3. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve sales targets.
   与客户进行商务谈判，包括合同、价格及合作条款的协商。

4. Provide strong pre‑ and post‑sales support, including product training and technical advice.
   为客户提供专业的售前及售后服务，包括产品培训、技术咨询及解决方案。

5. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Billing, Credit, Operations) to ensure smooth execution.
   与客户服务、财务、营运部门保持紧密沟通与协调，确保订单顺利执行。

6. Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports.
   建立并维护客户资料、销售记录、销售预测及相关业务报告

7. Gather market intelligence and industry trends, and provide timely feedback on market demands and competitive activities.
   收集市场资讯及行业动态，及时反馈市场需求及竞争情况

8. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
   完成公司及直属主管交办的其他工作任务

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any related field.

• Candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant working experience

• Candidate must be result-oriented with good salesmanship

• Candidate must have good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

• Candidate with prior working experience in Industrial Gas and Welding industry will have an added advantage

• Possess valid driving license and own vehicle
