Company Confidential Hiring! Full Time Mechanical Engineer in Johor - Ricebowl

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to support the design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of machinery and plant systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution, machinery performance, and continuous improvement in engineering operations.

• Support design, development, and improvement of machinery and mechanical systems for palm oil processing plants

• Assist in project execution from engineering design, fabrication, installation to commissioning stages

• Coordinate with production, fabrication, and site teams to ensure project timelines are met

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide effective technical solutions

• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation

• Conduct site inspection, testing, and equipment performance evaluation

• Work closely with suppliers and contractors for technical coordination

• Support continuous improvement in machine efficiency, reliability, and cost optimization

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering best practices

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in mechanical engineering / manufacturing / plant engineering

• Experience in machinery, fabrication, installation, or industrial plant projects is preferred

• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical systems, fabrication, and troubleshooting

• Able to read engineering drawings and technical specifications

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Willing to work in Muar, Johor and travel to project sites when required

• Fresh exposure in palm oil machinery / heavy machinery industry is an added advantage
