Job Responsibilities
* Handle daily administrative and office activities
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
* Calculate and prepare simple staff punch card attendance records
* Organize and file documents
* Assist with general office coordination and support tasks
* Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
* Minimum SPM qualification
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Email)
* Able to perform simple calculations accurately
* Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
* Good attendance and positive working attitude
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Working hours type:
Option 1: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:30 PM) = 5 days /
Option 2: Monday to Friday (9:00AM - 5:00PM) + Saturday (9:00AM - 1:00PM) = 6 days
