Responsibilities
Job title : Senior Program Manager – Airport / Infrastructure Projects
Location: Kuala Lumpur or Singapore
We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to support a major Airport Infrastructure Bid project.
Key Requirements:
- 10–15+ years of experience in Airport, Railway, Metro, Transportation, or Large Infrastructure Projects
- Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 (Mandatory)
- Experience in Program Management and Integrated Project Delivery
- Experience developing project schedules, delivery plans, and bid proposals
- Knowledge of ORAT (Operational Readiness, Activation & Transition)
- Experience coordinating Design, Procurement, Construction, Testing, and Commissioning teams
- Strong stakeholder management, governance, and risk management experience
- Excellent technical documentation and proposal writing skills
Preferred:
- Experience with Airport projects
- Background in EPC, PMC, Systems Integration, or Infrastructure Consulting
- BIM coordination experience
- Mandarin language skills
