Role Overview:
Planning Engineer is responsible for supporting project planning and scheduling activities, monitoring site progress, maintaining project schedules, coordinating with project teams, and providing accurate reporting to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and maintenance of the project baseline programme using Primavera P6 or MS Project throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor site progress and update schedules regularly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Assist in developing detailed look-ahead programmes to plan site activities efficiently.
- Maintain accurate planning records and documentation.
- Perform any additional duties or responsibilities as assigned.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant planning experience in building or civil construction projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong planning and project management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
- Understanding of construction safety standards and protocols.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
