Interim QA Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract)
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Interim QA Coordinator to join our Quality Assurance team for a critical 4-month summer project. This role is ideal for a recent university graduate or higher degree holder looking to gain hands-on corporate experience in global supply chain compliance, risk assessment, and technical product safety.
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our rigorous quality standards, sample assessment, cross-referencing compliance documentation, and ensuring our technical files align with international and retailer-specific frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Technical File Management: Assist in compiling, reviewing, and organizing technical files and sample assessments to ensure alignment with domestic and international safety standards.
Data Consolidation & Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel functions to cross-reference vendor lists, map factory data, and tag compliance risk levels (A–F) across internal databases.
Administrative Gatekeeping: Ensure all testing reports and certificates from third-party laboratories are up-to-date, valid, and properly archived.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Degree (open to disciplines requiring strong analytical skills, such as Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Legal/Compliance frameworks).
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential (experience with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data consolidation, conditional formatting, and managing large datasets).
Competencies:
Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong critical thinking and the ability to spot discrepancies in dense technical documentation or data lists.
Excellent time management skills to handle a high volume of data within a fixed 4-month window.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across internal departments.
Availability: Must be available to start immediately in June and commit through to the end of September.
