Position : Document Controller

Job Description :

• Responsible for overall document control section include documentation, circulation of Engineering / Design / QA / Drafting documents, drawing, correspondence, transmittal and related documents and to keep in order for immediate reference and use.
• Responsible to create, maintain and compile Document Master Lists as per contract requirement.
• Coordinate and control of documentation between companies / departments/Contractors
• Record the project filling and controlled revision history for both hard copy and electronic filling.
• Documentation registration, control issue, copying, distribution and transmittal. 6.
• Responsible for overall submission document to client.
• Update incoming Project & MTO Tracking.
• Submission of mothly report for DOSH & MDR status to management.
• Assist in Departmental ISO Documentation and report.
• To monitor and conduct the surveillance the effectiveness of the HSE system at the work place.
• To supervise the implementation of HSE system at the work place and correct the workers in any violent of the HSE rule and procedure.
• Perform any other related duties as Management may require from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess SPM or Diploma in any related field
• Min 2 years working experience in document control
• Able to work independently and self-motivated
• Computer literate in Microsoft Work, Excel and Powerpoint

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
