Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
• Assist in securing new property management contracts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, JMBs, MCs, property owners, and key stakeholders.
• Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and supporting documents for potential clients.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transition and onboarding of new properties.
• Prepare regular activity and business development reports.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
