Job Description
Responsibilities
a. Implement sales action plans related to his/her assigned areas.
b. Plans and conducts sales calls in accordance with the assigned territories and market segments.
c. Effective implementation of the sales accounts management system and ensuring that the procedures are being maintained and kept up to date.
d. Establishes and maintains files on active accounts within his/her areas of coverage and partake in cross selling of sister/affiliated hotels.
e. Timely submission of call reports and related feedbacks to superior on changing market conditions, competitors’ activities and areas of opportunities.
f. Arranges and handles familiarization/site inspection trips for current and potential clients.
g. Disseminate sales related information to other departments in a timely manner.
h. Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in assigned markets through direct sales solicitation, telephone, email, and other written communications.
i. Participates in sales & marketing meetings and briefs as directed by the DOS/DOSM.
j. Attends major travel functions, sales trips and promotional events to promote sales for the hotel as assigned by the DOS/DOSM.
k. Analyses market changes and under the direction of the DOS/SSM, implement programs to meet these changes that may be brought about by political, economic or competitive changes in the marketplace.
l. Assist and supervise the execution of group meetings, seminars and related events to enhance guests’ experience and encourage repeat business.
m. Ensure that all outstanding balances from accounts under the coverage area are collected in accordance to the policies and procedures of the Hotel.
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
