• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and valuations for blasting and painting works.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to assess material and labour requirements.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Prepare and manage project claims, variations, and contractual documentation.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and procurement teams to ensure cost control and efficiency.
• Conduct site visits to verify work progress and measurement.
• Support in tendering, subcontractor evaluation, and contract administration.

Requirement

• Knowledge in Blasting & Painting.
• Candidates should possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Blasting & Painting functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Ms Word, Ms Power point, Ms Excel).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
