Job Description

• Oversee daily store operations, sales performance, and inventory using AI-assisted optimization
• Recruit, train, and develop staff using data-driven performance insights from AI systems
• Implement AI-powered scheduling to optimize labor allocation and minimize conflicts
• Use predictive analytics for inventory management, demand forecasting, and markdown optimization
• Leverage LLMs and chatbots to improve customer service interactions
• Analyze customer feedback using AI sentiment analysis to identify improvements
• Manage loss prevention using AI-powered surveillance and anomaly detection
• Monitor staff performance metrics and use AI insights for coaching and development

Job Requirement

• 5-7 years of retail management experience with sales growth and P&L management
• Proven track record of staff development and team leadership
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with retail metrics and KPIs
• Experience using POS systems and retail management software
• Hands-on exposure to AI tools or willingness to learn
• Experience with AI-powered inventory management and real-time stock optimization
• Understanding of predictive demand forecasting and seasonal trend analysis
• Familiarity with markdown optimization and dynamic pricing strategies
• Experience with AI-driven workforce scheduling platforms
• Knowledge of predictive analytics for employee turnover identification
• Proficiency with AI-powered customer analytics (foot traffic, heat mapping)
• Experience with sentiment analysis tools for customer feedback
• Familiarity with AI chatbots for customer service support
• Basic proficiency using ChatGPT or Claude for training and documentation
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience with omnichannel retail (nice-to-have)
