We are looking for an experienced and skilled Trainer with a strongbackground in TCM principles. The ideal candidate will have expertise indesigning and delivering training programs for healthcare professionals. As aTCM Trainer, you will play a key role in improving the clinical and therapeuticskills of practitioners through focused training sessions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and implement specialized training programs for TCM therapists.
• Create engaging materials based on participants' needs.
• Integrate hands-on exercises and case studies to enhance real-world application.
• Innovate and update training curriculum to align with industry bestpractices.
• Implement quality assurance measuresto assess the effectiveness of training programs.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably Bachelor's Degree in TCM or equivalent related qualification.
• Additional certifications orqualifications related to training and education are a plus.
• Experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible approach to training methodologies, accommodating different learning styles.
