Join Our Team as a Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to become part of our growing organization. This role is key to ensuring that every project we undertake is managed with precision, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Working Hours:
Mon - Fri : 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sat : 8:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. (half day)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost plans, budgets, and feasibility studies for tenders and active projects.
• Carry out material take-offs (MTO) from construction and engineering drawings.
• Review and assess subcontractors’ and suppliers’ progress claims, ensuring work is validated before recommending payments.
• Support procurement activities, including preparing Bills of Quantities, requesting quotations, evaluating bids, and compiling cost analyses.
• Contribute to tender submissions, ensuring compliance with technical requirements.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers regarding pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, or any equivalent field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying position, ideally in civil or building construction.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with ability to adapt to digital tools for measurement and reporting.
• Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage for supplier and client engagement.
• Exceptional accuracy, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills.
• Professional communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
