Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and committed HR & Admin Manager to lead the Human Resources & Administration functions at our Headquarters (HQ). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR and administrative operations to ensure smooth company-wide HR practices and compliance.

Job Responsibilities

· Manage overall Human Resources & Administration functions.

· Oversee recruitment, confirmation, resignation, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.

· Process and monitor payroll for HQ and Site employees.

· Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, PCB, HRDF, and related compliance matters.

· Liaise with government authorities and ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.

· Prepare and present monthly HRA reports and departmental updates.

· Monitor HRA budget, office administration expenses, and expense claims.

· Oversee office administration, maintenance, filing systems, company licenses, and confidential records.

· Coordinate and monitor ISO 9001 documentation and compliance.

· Support internal, external, SMETA, and ISO audits.

· Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.

· Organize company activities such as training, annual dinner, company trip, and employee engagement programs.

· Coordinate annual appraisal, bonus, increment, and performance review exercises.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum 3 years and above of working experience in HR & Administration, preferably in the Property Management industry.

· Strong knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.

· Experience in payroll processing, disciplinary handling, and HR documentation.

· Familiar with ISO 9001 and audit coordination.

· Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems.
