Job Summary

Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring design intent and compliance with technical requirements. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors while producing professional architectural drawings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects independently, ensuring design intent is achieved and complies with technical requirements from external authorities throughout all project stages
• Produce accurate and professional architectural drawings as directed by Directors to support project delivery
• Assist in preparing and delivering design presentations to effectively communicate project concepts
• Coordinate and communicate closely with clients’ representatives, consultants, and contractors to facilitate project progress and resolve issues
• Manage project processes including authorities submission and site inspections to ensure regulatory compliance
• Apply project management and contract administration skills to oversee project timelines, resources, and documentation
• Utilize AutoCAD and Adobe Suite software proficiently to develop design documentation and presentations

Required competencies and certifications

• Master Degree in Architecture (Part 2)
• Minimum 3 years of project experience working in Singapore

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience managing various types of architectural projects independently
