Technical Support Engineer (POS, TST)

Act as the technical lead for TAS, POS, and payment gateway systems.
Oversee Level 2 support operations and ensure compliance with SLA.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex incidents
Coordinate system integration efforts and validate technical changes.
Support project planning. technical design reviews, and implementation oversight.
F.5 or above
At least 5 years' experience in POS system support
Strong knowledge of ticketing systems. POS solutions, and payment gateways.
