Requirements
- Minimum diploma in accounting
- At least 1 years of related experience will be an advantage
- Required skills: Knowledge of accounting principles, Communication skill
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Self-motivated
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to handle and meet strict deadlines efficiently and effectively
- Able to set up chart of accounts and conduct full set of account books (using accounting software)
- Preferably can read Mandarin documents
Responsibilities
- To handle full set of accounts
- To handle correspondence with clients, auditor/3rd parties
- Plan and organize tasks to ensure timely completion of the full set of accounts
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
