The bank is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their IT Infrastructure department focusing on the day to day support of all aspects related to the banking branch network and IT infrastructure activities.

Principal responsibilities
Ø A team player who can work with others and communicate effectively in person and in writing
Ø Articulate and proactive in assuming responsibilities
Ø Monitor and report progress ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of status
Ø Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
Ø Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
Ø Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
Ø Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
Ø Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
Ø University degree or equivalent in information technology or a related discipline
Ø Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience.
Ø Experience as Project Manager
Ø High quality organizational and leadership skills
Ø Excellent communication skill and teamwork with business stakeholder and IT teams, coupled with good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Ø Good team player with ability to work under stress and self-motivated.
