Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review M&E drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Supervise and coordinate M&E installation works with contractors and vendors.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning activities for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Prepare commissioning procedures, reports, checklists, and handover documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Support client training and project handover activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E engineering, testing, or commissioning.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, BMS, and related building services systems.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Preferred
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or data center projects.
- Professional certifications related to commissioning, engineering, or project management are an advantage.
