We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our team in Songapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in various positions within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills and fit for the organization
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of different departments
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment strategies
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on candidate evaluations
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Ability to evaluate candidates based on their experience and skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.

Language spoken (Fluent English and Mandarin)

Training will be provided for Entry Level candidates or those looking for a new career.
