Responsibilities

As part of our rapid expansion in Greater China, we are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a high-caliber candidate to join us.
For our branch in Hong Kong, we are currently seeking a Business Development Manager . Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Acquire new customers while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing accounts

Identify and develop qualified leads through cold calling, converting these leads into prospects and customers throughout the sales process

Conduct regular client visits to assess service levels and explore opportunities for new revenue streams

Consistently meet and exceed revenue generation targets

Establish and implement customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with client expectations

Advocate for the services and products offered by all departments, ensuring coordinated sales efforts

Prepare customer profiles, quotations, and visit reports within the CRM system

Follow directives from supervisors and enforce company policies

Report any noteworthy incidents to management in a timely manner

Perform other tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis
Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years Sales experience in Freight Forwarding/ Logistics; with a strong hunter mentality

A highly motivated individual with a solid product knowledge in import/export ocean (NVOCC) and air freight, as well as experience in providing value-added services in 3PL solution (preferred)

Experience in Air Freight business is a plus

Familiarity with sectors such as Hi-Tech, Healthcare or Retails, and Consumer Goods is advantageous

Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate in Mandarin; additional language skills in German, Spanish, or French are a bonus

Knowledge of personal computers, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
