Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations from shipment to delivery
• Arrange transportation, including booking with carriers, freight forwarders, and couriers
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery; resolve delays or issues proactively
• Prepare and manage shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, delivery orders)
• Liaise with internal teams (warehouse, procurement, finance) and external parties (vendors, clients, customs)
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities
• Monitor logistics costs and support cost optimization initiatives
• Assist in inventory control and stock movement tracking
• Prepare reports on logistics performance and KPIs
