JOB SUMMARY

The Project Manager Associate will drive the execution of our product roadmap, ensuring development stays on track, meet critical milestones, and launch products on time. Acting as the operational glue between the cross-functional stakeholders to move product development forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the day-to-day tracking of the product development lifecycle. Maintain project timelines, ensure the teams hit critical milestones, and guarantee predictable, on-time product launches.

  • Act as the primary operational friction-remover. Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve technical, resource, or operational bottlenecks across departments to ensure development teams remain focused on the critical path.

  • Standardise project documentation, translate complex product requirements into clear, actionable next steps, and provide concise, data-driven status updates to Executive Management on roadmap health and risk vectors.

  • Status Dashboard Management: Regularly update project tracking tools and project dashboards; identify and flag potential delays or risks to the PMO Lead early.

  • Meeting & Action Item Ownership: Organise project syncs, alignment meetings, or stand-ups; document concise meeting minutes and aggressively track the closure of all assigned action items.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline. 2 to 4 years of professional experience (fresh graduates with the relevant academic background are welcome to apply).

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally follow up on deliverables, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Organization & Time Management: Strong attention to detail and proven multi-tasking capabilities to manage project timelines and schedules in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight project deadlines.

  • Professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to coordinate effectively with regional and cross-border team members.
