Job Summary

You will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing enterprise client relationships, and closing deals while collaborating with internal teams to tailor AI-powered office solutions that meet market demands.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence and increase revenue
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise-level clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals to consistently meet or exceed individual annual sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to inform sales strategies
  • Provide actionable market and customer insights to marketing and product teams to guide strategic decisions
  • Ensure high client satisfaction by maintaining ongoing engagement and delivering responsive support
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively to maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales efforts with product development
  • Share insights on local market demands to support product localization and enhancement initiatives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the software industry, preferably in office solutions or SaaS/PaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and expanding client portfolios
  • In-depth knowledge of software sales cycles and licensing models
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills applied in sales contexts
  • Highly self-driven and results-oriented, thriving in competitive environments
