JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Assist & support the smooth running of the day-to-day operations
• Manage the planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower
• Monitor work processes and performance of the on-site teams in order to achieve service excellence and ensure smooth operation and quality performance.
• Liaise and follow up closely with internal and external parties to ensure works are carried out in accordance to operational requirements.
• Undertake any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by HOD

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in deployment of crane and manpower
• Possess strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Able to commit to 5.5 days workweek (Saturday)
• Candidate should be comfortable handling daily communication with Mandarin-speaking transport personnel.
